PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Twin Otter DHC-6-300 SN 647 was purchased by our asset management group at the end of 2008 from the owner of the NFL Football Team Miami Dolphins whose family operated the Twin Otter minimally. Our experience working with the Miami Dolphins organization – from the maintenance staff to the financial and legal groups – was truly memorable.

One of our lease customers requested a STOL (short take-off and landing) aircraft for an executive style operation; Twin Otter SN 647 was a perfect fit for their missions. Our maintenance group was able to swiftly remove the amphibious floats (which are available for sale here on our website) and replace with fixed gear. We also performed several EMMA Maintenance Checks. All done at our North Carolina facility

Twin Otter DHC-6-300 was delivered within two weeks to our lease customer in Central America.

Enjoy some of the photos taken during this exciting project.

We invite you to contact us to review your short take-off and landing aviation requirements.

Fly safe,
